Bismi Cleaning – Terms of Service

Welcome to Bismi Cleaning! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Scope of Services

Bismi Cleaning agrees to provide professional cleaning services as specified during booking. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Outdoor cleaning
  1. Booking and Confirmation
  • All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • You will receive a booking confirmation via email or text message upon successful scheduling.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the property is unsafe or the environment is hazardous.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept the following payment methods: checks, Zelle or cash
  • Late payments are subject to a 10% late fee after 7 days.
  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
    • No-shows without notice will be charged the full-service amount.
  • Rescheduling:
    • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.
    • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a 10% fee.
  1. Access to Property
  • The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If we are unable to access the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment will be canceled, and a fee of 25% of total amount may apply.
  • If keys are provided for entry, Bismi Cleaning is not responsible for lost or misplaced keys.
  1. Quality Guarantee
  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service.
  • We will arrange to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items before service begins.
  • If special cleaning products or instructions are required, the client must inform Bismi Cleaning in advance.
  • Bismi Cleaning is not liable for damage caused by faulty or improperly installed fixtures, equipment, or appliances.
  1. Damage and Liability
  • Our cleaners are fully insured and trained.
  • Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Bismi Cleaning is not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
    • Damage caused by improper use of equipment or fixtures
    • Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, or other high-value items unless documented before service
  1. Health and Safety
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe (e.g., presence of pests, hazardous materials, excessive clutter).
  • If a team member feels unsafe, they may leave the property, and the client may be charged the full-service fee.
  • Clients must inform Bismi Cleaning of any known health or safety risks (e.g., mold, asbestos).
  1. Privacy Policy
  • We collect and store customer data to provide services and improve customer experience.
  • We do not share or sell personal information to third parties without consent.
  • Customer payment details are processed through secure platforms.
  1. Termination of Services

Bismi Cleaning reserves the right to terminate service at any time due to:

  • Violation of terms
  • Hostile or unsafe working conditions
  • Repeated cancellations or non-payment
  1. Force Majeure

Bismi Cleaning is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Power outages
  • Severe weather
  • Public health emergencies
  1. Changes to Terms

Bismi Cleaning reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New York.
